Casa di Vita was created by Natalie Lynch and Lynn Marseglia-Thomas. They own and constantly add to a large inventory of furniture and accessories, which allows them to keep the look of their work fresh. Their similar taste in decorating has contributed to making a great staging partnership.
Natalie has a natural talent for creating a stylish, attractive decor. Along with her showcasing career, she has a background in real estate and has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and its constantly changing trends. Natalie not only knows how to make a home show well to appeal to buyers, she also has the experience and know how of working with real estate professionals to make the process of getting a listing ready in a timely fashion and trouble free.
Lynn has a bachelor's degree in Interior Design, and has worked for several designers in Pittsburgh, PA and Baltimore,MD. Through her education and experience she has developed a strong ability for spatial planning, which is an important factor in furniture placement. She, like Natalie, has a terrific eye for color and balance, and has the ability to make a room feel comfortable by creating a natural flow of walking and visual paths throughout the home.
