I've used Natalie's services to stage many of my listings, her prices are great and the results always look fantastic! She is easy to work with, always helpful with my clients and will help by suggesting paint colors and other ideas for those sellers that are prepping their home for sale. Natalie is FABULOUS! She so rocks! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Casa Di Vita! As a real estate agent, it can be hard to find a stager who is reasonable and yet great at what she does! We had great success with Casa di Vita. Owner Natalie Lynch was wonderful to work with. She toured our home carefully, advised on paint choices (since we were planning to paint all the inside walls before staging) and then staged the whole 2900 sq ft home. She had great suggestions (on colors and style) but was also respectful of our preferences. (Overall, though, we let her run with her ideas and that worked very well.) She provided lovely furniture and had it delivered and set up on a very tight deadline. Her prices were very competitive. Oh, did I say that she also shopped for us (buying new light fixtures, for example)? She barely charged us for this extra service and it was a HUGE help as we were both working full-time. Bottom line: Casa di Vita is highly professional and produces great staging while also being personable and reasonbly-priced. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

It was a joy working with Natalie. She has a really good eye and knows how to present a home to prospective buyers in a way that optimizes the space she has to work with.
